The Community Coupon Booklet is going to be a bit of a throwback to earlier days.


As community businesses add their own digital coupons, they will be immediately accessible through their mobile apps and catalogs. The throwback part is that they will also be automatically added to the community coupon booklet for printing. We all love digital stuff, but we really love it in printable format to throw it in the car or our backpack for when you are out and about. 


Perfect tool for those in your community who like saving money or being reminded about great lunch deals, etc.


How to Create and Publish Your Coupons for Digital and Print:


  1. If you are already set up in the Community Welcome Center or Marketplace then you are all ready to go.
  2. Login through that same page or go to http://admin.docu.team and use the "forgot password" function if you don't already have your access.
  3. When you enter your advertising dashboard will be looking for the MANAGE COUPONS button.
  4. Choose ADD COUPON
  5. Now choose a design theme and type of coupon this will be.
  6. Enter when you would like this coupon to first go live and expire by adding dates.
  7. Enter the title of the coupon, description and any disclaimers (rules) about the use of this coupon.
  8. Click publish and your coupons will be added to your provided catalog, mobile app and automatically added to the community coupon booklet that is available to print from the community welcome center and marketplace.



It is that simple and there is NO COST as long as you are a member.
