Actually, we'll do more than just help. One of our Member Assistants will do the work for you.  Our goal as a team of Member Assistants is to be sure that your business is documented for Internet search within the community where you reside and beyond.


Our team will create a marketing landing page ("MLP"). Then your MLPpage will be extended to include a product and services catalog. We will create these extensions for you and provide continuous support updating the pages and catalogs.  You will also receive a very nice mobile web app, a keyword text prospecting system, customer testimonial program, reporting, and even a conservative monthly cash value report that clearly shows a return on your overall membership investment.

Help Create Your Marketing Landing Page

 

  • Accept your new setup request that will start your formal onboarding process.
  • Research your online information and develop a powerful Traffic Catcher System landing page for you.
  • Create a grouping of photos to showcase through our local membership directory.
  • Select landing page colors to match the members logo and overall color scheme. 
  • Add a scrolling business tour with available photos.
  • Configure header and large main body image for an impressive initial presentation.
  • Add photo grid image specifically for your business that will be used in the Things-to-Do directory.

 

Help Create Your Marketing Add Displays

 

  • Create a beautiful services or products catalog for professionals, trades, service providers, and stores.
  • Create a modern mobile web application that's promoted via your own texting keyword, that you add to your business cards and ads. 
  • Prospect leads will be sent to the members phone and email so they can immediately contact them.
  • Aside from members having a beautiful display catalog that will help with local and national search, they will also have a customer reference catalog that their Member Assistant will help them create to improve overall prospect trust. 
  • The member will receive a detailed advertising report each month that the organization leaders also receive in order to verify the best member service is being delivered.
  • Each month, the member will be texted access to their own Pocket Marketing Assistant app. From this app or dashboard they can review their stats, votes, send the team a survey, add a display, add a customer reference, and even request service from their Member Assistant.

What is Dedicated Member Assistance? 

Your Premium Membership includes a dedicated virtual Member Assistant (MA). You'll work with your MA on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person via text messaging. Your MA will grow to know you, your work, and your display preferences.


Where will my Member Assistant be located? 

All of our MAs support agents are located in the United States and you'll work with an assistant that is assigned to your membership organization.


Will my MA be working on the weekend? 

Our MAs work standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend, and your MA will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.


Will my MA be working on holidays? 

Member Assistants observe major US holidays. Your Member Assistant will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions:

 

  • New Year's Day
  • Day After New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Day Before Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve 
  • Christmas Day 
  • New Year's Eve 
  • New Year's Day 

 

How about in-bound phone calls? 
Yes and no. Every MA has a dedicated extension available for you to call to submit tasks (or just to check stats, etc.). However, this line is available for your convenience. Your MA cannot accept calls from other individuals or service providers on your behalf.

Can my MA edit and format my online presentation for me? 
They sure can. Your MA can use our unique DisplayedRight technology to format and edit your online business presentation. Not every area is adjustable, but they know how to make it look terrific.

Can my MA work with social networking tools? 
All of our MA's go through our training and readiness reviews so that they can best serve you from day one. While we do not post on your social networks for you, the system we do provide will link to your FB catalog, twitter, mobile app, and more with display information once linked. 

Your MA will be happy to provide guidance and setup services to be sure all of these channels are linked and working.

Can my Member Assistant offer educational services?
Your Member Assistant can offer guidance on will do the work for you most of the time so education and training is not really necessary. However, if you would like to manage your own displays your MA will be happy to show you.

Can my Member Assistant do design work for me? 
They can, and often rely on our internal design services team. Typical services are included with your membership plan. 

If you need support beyond what is provided with your membership (which is unlikely), your MA can certainly research and see what design services might be required.

How about video or audio editing? 
Much like design work, audio and video editing requires domain expertise which your MA will not be able to provide. If you're in a pinch to find a good editor though, your MA will gladly try to hunt down the best one for you!
